All raw materials are selected to insure the manufacturing of a quality product.
Aluminum
Our heavy gauge aluminum insures years of non-interrupted use.
Welds
All Admiral welds are 360 degrees to guard against breakage in any
joint. This process is more time consuming and results in a higher quality
product.
Powder Coat Finish
Prior to painting, each frame is etched to create the best surface for
powder adhesion. Powder is applied electrostatically, and then baked at 400
degrees, which allows the paint to bond to the frame. The finished product
resists peeling, chipping and scratching. We offer many frame
colors.
Vinyl Strapping & Slings
We use 2" virgin vinyl strap and we attached the strap to the frame with a
nylon Christmas Tree plug. Our nylon Christman Tree plug virtually eliminates strap pullout.
An additional benefit to this method is that straps can easily be replaced in the field.
The sling material that is used by Admiral is a synthetic
fabric made of PVC coated polyester. It is designed to resist mildew, soiling
and fading, giving many years of service. We offer a variety of popular colors.
Acrylic Table Tops
Acrylic tops are 1/4" thick clear resin material with a hammered glass
appearance that gives superior impact strength. We re-inforce our acrylic dining tables with
aluminium cross braces to reduce the chances of acrylic cracking and breaking.
Aluminum Table Tops
Aluminum tops are powder coated to match the selected frame color. The solid
aluminum surface provides superior strength, and the finished product
resists peeling, chipping and scratching.
Umbrellas
Our umbrellas are available in various sizes and use either a crank or push-up
method to open the umbrella. We offer vinyl, vinyl-coated polyester (Textilene
and jacquard) and acrylic fabrics. These fabrics are available in a wide
variety of popular colors.
